Terms of Purchase & Returns Policy

At BATHINI, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, please read our returns and refund policy below.

1. Returns & Exchanges
• You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for an exchange.
• Exchanges can be made for a different size or colour, subject to availability.
• If the desired item is not available at the time of return, you will be issued with a store credit voucher.

2. Refunds
• Refunds are only offered if the item you purchased has a factory fault and an exchange is not possible.
• If a cash refund is approved, you will be responsible for any transaction costs incurred, including but not limited to: bank fees, Shopify fees, and Payfast fees.

3. Return Shipping Costs
• Customers are responsible for the courier cost of returning items where there are no factory faults.
• All returns must be sent via a door-to-door courier service (not via post office collection points).

4. How to Return an Item

When sending your return parcel, please ensure that you include the following:
• Your full name
• Your contact number
• The reason for the return

5. Conditions of Return
• Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.
• We reserve the right to decline a return if the item shows signs of wear or damage not due to a factory fault.
